1. Application of Terms

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions for using I Ching AI (hereinafter referred to as "the App") provided by QOOQ, inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). By using the App, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Service Description

The App provides an AI divination service based on the I Ching (Book of Changes). The responses provided by the App are AI interpretations of I Ching teachings and do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.). Please consult a qualified professional when making important decisions.

3. Subscription

Full access to the App's features is available through a monthly subscription.

• Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis.
• You can cancel at any time through your App Store account settings.
• If not canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, the subscription will automatically renew.
• A free trial period may be offered. After the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically begin.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

• Actions that violate laws or public morals
• Actions that interfere with the operation of the App
• Using the App for fraudulent purposes
• Infringing on the rights of other users or third parties
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App

5. Disclaimer

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the App's responses. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

The App is provided for entertainment and self-improvement purposes and should not be used as professional advice.

6. Service Changes, Interruptions, and Termination

The Company may change, interrupt, or terminate the App's content without prior notice to users. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce, repost, modify, or sell the App's content without the Company's permission.

8. Changes to Terms of Use

The Company may change these Terms without notice. The revised Terms of Use shall take effect upon publication within the App or on the Company's website.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

10. Language

These Terms of Use are available in both Japanese and English versions, with the Japanese version taking precedence.

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
